Dumpster Rental FAQs
Roll-off dumpsters refer to waste receptacles that are delivered to residential and commercial sites to be used for temporary waste collection. Available in a variety of sizes, roll-off dumpsters can be used for anything from cleanouts of your home’s basement or attic and light construction debris to larger commercial cleanouts and construction projects. Roll-off dumpsters are then picked up when they are full so homeowners and commercial business owners don’t have to deal with getting rid of the trash.
That’s Gotta Go Roll-Off Dumpsters in Tobyhanna, PA, offers roll-off dumpsters in four sizes:

The size of the dumpster you need will depend on the type of project you need it for. Give us a call to discuss your needs in more detail and we can recommend a dumpster and free estimate for you but here are some general guidelines to consider when deciding on a dumpster rental size.
- 10-Yard Dumpsters Great for small projects like residential kitchen or bath remodels and basement and attic cleanouts of your home.
- 20-Yard Dumpsters Ideal for larger basement and attic cleanouts.
- 30-Yard Dumpsters These larger dumpsters are perfect for new home construction, larger demolition projects, and siding jobs on medium-sized houses.
- 40-Yard Dumpsters Our largest size should be used for new home construction and commercial cleanouts.
No, once the dumpster is delivered it will remain where you ask us to deliver it to until it is full and you need it to be picked up. If you need an additional dumpster at a second location, please call to make arrangements for an additional dumpster.
You can fill the dumpster up to the top. Charges are determined by the weight of the dumpster when we pick it up. Dumpsters cannot be filled above the top of the dumpster. Call for more details on pricing.
Dumpsters are extremely large and heavy. While our drivers are very cautious not to damage your property upon delivery and pick up, the sheer weight of the dumpster, especially when filled, will naturally put a lot of strain on the ground beneath. It’s possible that asphalt or concrete can experience minor scratches or depressions, depending on the ground underneath. Softer ground like dirt or grass will see depressions from the dumpster and dumpsters on lawns for extended periods of time can result in dead spots or worn grass. Consider this when deciding on dumpster placement.
While our dumpsters are perfect for things like demolition materials, junk removal, brush, stumps, and masonry materials, there are items that cannot be dumped. The list of prohibited materials includes:
- Tires
- Refrigerators
- Freezers
- Air Conditioners
Dumpster rentals are typically for a seven-day period, however, special arrangements can be made to keep a dumpster longer if needed.
Typically, we are able to pick up your dumpster within 24 hours of you notifying us. Simply give us a call when you’re finished with the dumpster or when it is full and we will come and get it. You don’t need to be home or on-site for pickups.
